Primordial serpent after you have rung both bells of awakening, in the undead parish and quelaag's domain, the kingseeker frampt appears where there used to be water in the firelink shrine. Once the player has rung each of the bells of awakening behind said bosses, a surprise will be found waiting for them back at firelink shrine.
